Project Specifications:

• Using 3 Kuka robots with a 180kg load capacity.

• Pallet size: 1000x1200mm, maximum load: 1 ton.

• Robots pick up 2 cartons at a time. Automatically adapts to different carton models.

• Maximum output: 2000 cartons/hour/robot.

• Automatic pallet feeder, automatic pallet wrapping machine, automatic pallet labeling machine.

• Production management software connected to SAP system: production statistics by model, shift, day, month, year, etc.
